Carlos Treistman serves as General Counsel to multiple companies, managing all of their legal affairs, including state and federal litigation, M&A, finance, corporate, regulatory, and compliance matters. He also advises senior management, executives, and boards.

For three decades, Carlos has counseled clients in nearly every country in Latin America. He is fluent in Spanish and deeply understands the nuances involved in handling business transactions throughout the region. He has acted as a critical relationship partner for major multinational clients, including global oil and gas, hedge funds, private equity, and technology companies.
